Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted on Bigcartel LLC, They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
LIVE ON TWITCH
- "LIVE" on Twitch refers to Y00NIC0RN opening and/or showing your purchase(s) Live on her Twitch Stream with an audience. Gameplay and interactions are part of the entertainment. We hope you enjoy being part of each live "break." A huge thank you for tuning in, watching, and participating.
- At Checkout, include your Twitch name and ensure your name has not changed.
(Notify us if your Twitch name has been changed). Your billing and shipping details are accurately filled in.
- We will not ship to a facility factory or unknown address, if so order(s) will be canceled and items unshipped.
- If Live stream results in technical difficulties such as internet failure, power outages, or act of nature/disaster, Y00NIC0RN will contact purchaser to confirm order(s) and rearrange either next POPup day rescheduling or full refund for unopened product(s).
- Y00NIC0RN and the Twitch community agrees to follow the platform's rules and terms of service. Meaning during chat, mods will be monitoring any negative or offensive behaviors during the live broadcast. See Link for more information:

GIVEAWAYS & DONATIONS
- Giveaways are completely free to play (US residents only).
- Giveaways are not affiliated or sponsored by other social platforms other than from Y00NIC0RN.
- Must be present in chat when Twitch name is called to redeem.
- Winner does not pay for shipping, USPS First class with tracking, and is monitored by Y00NIC0RN.
- Ensure the shipping information provided is accurate and will not ship to a facility factory or unknown address. Giveaway will be redrawn or donated if so.
- Giveaways are by Y00NIC0RN's personal collection, may not be TCG related and if TCG, may not guarantee hits.
- Bulk is not included.
- Stacked orders after 3 reminders will result in orders turned into donations/giveaways
- DO NOT SEND your Information to unknown entities other than Y00NIC0RN, we will not be held liable/responsible for losses, fraud, other than sending details to y00nic0rn directly. Y00NIC0RN will not contact you by text, phone, email, requesting for personal information - most likely fraud or scam if not from her. Please stay safe.
PRODUCTS & RANDOM ITEMS
- All TCG booster packs are sealed before opening, out of a fresh box/set, and not weighed or tampered with.
- All TCG's, Random items (non TCG), and/or Products advertised are based off the current market value and/or what value the products were purchased for at the time.
- Not all Random items from Y00NIC0RN maybe releated to TCG (trading card games).
- Trading cards will vary from Reverse/Rare Holos, Normal Prints, Ultra/Secret Rares, Specials, but will not ship Bulk - Commons, Uncommons, or energy cards - unless energy card is special.
- Some items/cards maybe from US or Japan
- All items are as is and can not be traded, exchanged, or adjusted unless Y00NIC0RN provided exceptions.
- All Items purchased are final. There are no refunds or returns once opened live on Y00NIC0RN's Twitch stream and/or shipped. (unless instructed due to act of nature/disaster) See shipping details below.
- Prices shown on the Site for products and services made available on the Site exclude all taxes or charges for shipping and handling. Taxes and shipping and handling costs will be added to the amount of your purchase of such products or services and itemized on the check-out page or order confirmation page. You will have an opportunity to review taxes and delivery costs before you confirm your purchase. Each product and service made available on the Site and in your shopping cart, is shown at the current price. All prices for products or services made available on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, and unknown addresses.
- You agree to provide current, complete/accurate purchase, and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SHIPPING & FEES - US ONLY
- All orders are stacked/hold. Visit the Ready to ship page, search for your Twitch banner with name and size of shipping:
- Either Letter, Small, Medium, or Large. Add shipping option to your cart when you're ready to ship.
- Will only ship out the specialty cards and those cards will be placed in protective sleeves and/or Top loaders for safe shipping.
- We are not held responsible for any fees such as import or shipping, taxes, lost or stolen packages once dropped off at USPS, and any damage during shipping. Highly recommend purchasing the Signature Required option to avoid package theft and ensure delivery security at checkout or when ready to ship. Package theft is on the rise and Y00NIC0RN is not held responsible once shipped (tracking shows on USPS). Any orders $300 or more will include signature required by default. If purchased, the difference will be refunded for signature required.
- Shipping and tax costs vary depending on location of address and ensure accurate full name and address. Shipped as USPS First Class with Tracking.
- Orders are shipped out within 2 to 7 days after opening and shipping is paid in full. (Weather, Holidays, or closures USPS shipping may be delayed and we will inform each purchaser if this happens before shipping or when told by USPS rules and regulations.)
- Interntional shipping has been disabled at this time. Currently shipping to US residents only.
- All orders are held for 3 months from last purchase on POPup day and buyer notified. After 3 attempts without a response, all items purchased previously will be donated to our community. If responded, can extend for another month to pay for the shipping later. Check the Previous orders page to see the current shipping weight for your orders.
- Uncompleted transactions or unclaimed stacked orders: We will contact you for more information on how to complete your purchase(s) or may cancel the order if not opened. If not opened, Y00NIC0RN will refund the card on file. Canceled items that have been opened will not be shipped until shipping is paid for. If unable to pay the shipping fee, opened orders will be treated as donated instead and without a refund.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
- By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Y00NIC0RN and/or by us.

- Certain content, products and services available via our service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
- Third-party images and links are used primarly for product information, showing full current sets, and were added to help share knowledge of collecting certain trading cards. As mentioned on the sets page, some third-party available, we are not sponsored by some and/or affiliated.
PRIVACY
- All private information is not shared, only used for shipping and billing purposes.
- We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues, and/or changes in Y00NIC0RN products and services). In certain circumstances, we may use our website, newspapers, socials, or other public means to post a notice.
- Children under the age of 13
Y00NIC0RN's website is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.
